  1. How sad, no more content 😞 I hope you are working on JA4 then 😉
  2. Huh, What? Please try to learn some geography and history of Africa (wich is a huge continent, not a tiny country), you will probably change your mind on the subject.
  3. As fktest said, talk to them, and be prepared for a fight, they turn hostile after a few seconds.
  4. I had len in the team and no shooting was involved. However, I had another option than the 2 exposed here, thanks to the decisions made in my whole campaign, AFAIK. This is maybe what is involved here, what you did and said in your campaign.
  5. I played JA Rage, and it wasn't that bad, just not JA3.
  6. The hard assault on the final citadel is still an option, and there is another assault of the same kind anyway.
  7. Yeah, it's a major plot twist and game changer. The army conquers all sectors of importance back with very strong troops. What will you do now? - You can try to resist with your mercs and militia, but it won't work everywhere, and you will have many casualties. - You can step back in the wild, regroup, and strike back. It will be hard, but maybe you can reconquer what's lost. - Or you can move on, conquer further east, occupied by less powerful legion, get a port for reinforcements, a mine for income, gain loyalty in the nearby town, and later retaliate on the west. - Or... You can complain, again and again, and ragequit. I don't recommend this one.
  8. Actually, there are many mercs with enough medecine stat (50+) to do anything you need (mostly bandaging and doctoring). The only needs are for quest/clues needing 70+. Leadership, on the other hand, is very scarce, and yet you need high stat for many interactions. a) Do not reconquer what you lost, go ahead, conquer other places and come back for revenge another day. Those who took your sectors are no joke, they will destroy what's left of you if you try now. b) Conquer a port, so they can be sent there.
  9. Check this mod : https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3008768068
  10. Yes, I agree to some extent. They said (I think in the last stream) that they tried some things early in dev with the vehicles but it didn't work well, and it remained one of their regret (with Bobby ray's). They somewhat replaced the helicopter with boats, but they don't feel the same. They are automaticly used when moving on water, it's not like calling Skyrider, having him move to a sector, having his chit chat, and having a specific mission/purpose like an evac or an airborne assault. I'd love cars to be implemented too, there is even a racetrack! As for logistics, I'm a little bit less concerned, one just has to take Steroid instead of Hamous to move stuff around 😉 Yet having vehicles and trunks to put stuff would be cool.
  11. The launch stream was great, it was a blast waiting in your company and finally playing the game! Yes, it is fun! Sometimes a little borderline cringy, but we had a trigger warning, let's kick some ass 90's through and through! I wish some features would have made their way into the game, yet I hope the good launch will allow you to make some DLCs, my wallet and I are ready for it!
  12. Maybe they aren't the same persons, but poor devs must be torn apart between the two extremes.
  13. There are already mods for that or more loot in general, just have a look at the steam workshop.
  14. Maybe the game is unfinished in some ways, but both your examples are wrong. If you didn't find the watch, search again, with someone with higher wisdom. It is definitely there. The stuff M.E.R.C. guys left all are in green backpacks, you may have missed them or just looted them without noticing. Don't expect a truck full of goods.
  15. To be clear, I love 1.13, I played it for years, etc. But I can understand some modifications could have changed the experience too much, and if you're not that knowledgeable about the options, it can be a mess to choose what you want. At some point, the default options were not very player friendly. For example, the (massive) counterattack option made the game nearly impossible, since as soon as you conquered a sector, dozens and dozens of enemies came to take it back. Unless you used cheesy tactics and a lot of save scumming, you couldn't stand your ground. Other than that, 1.13 mod has really impressive features, and all toggleable. A real marvel in its time.
  16. My approach for the jail was to sneak up to the underground entrance, then wipe the guards down there, and get some support from the prisonners, and take the exit leading in the main building, right next to Jackhammer. I kicked in his nuts, cleared the building room by room and then the tedious cleaning of the exterior (guards are far away one from another).
  17. Concerning enemy progression, there is some. New roles appear from time to time, their stuff gets better, their perks too. At some point *spoilers* you will face stronger enemies, triggered either by region or by story. However, some of your uses will remain the same (not all). I guess you can up the difficulty level or try new mercs with different approaches.
  18. JA2 was team turn based, like other games, and so is JA3. I for one prefer this for team tactics and this is much better for coop, because all players can play at the same time, and not wait for their turn endlessly watching something else in the meantime. As for the overwatch, you can place it at different levels, just use the interface to go up or down as you wish. I've seen enemies use it too. The rest of your post is just nonsense.
  19. Try to hide the whole team. I've seen complains like that but in my experience combat ends quickly when no enemy is closeby.
  20. I voted for Danny because I enjoyed playing him in JA2, he was kind of a perfect mid range merc with tremendous improvement capacity. He was handsome, skilled doctor and ambidextrous fighter, high agi and wis, and had a nice voice. However, I guess Malice would have been a good cast in Grand Chien. With his french canadian "french" and temper, he could have had hilarious dialogues and comments.
  21. It's just the Disney recast of the character (just kidding, don't kick me!)
