@Renga I hope that no matter what happens, you will be able to enjoy the game nonetheless. Perhaps (if there are subtitles?) playing the game in English will even give you the opportunity to practice your English a bit.

I'm sorry to hear that some people don't like it. Personally I don't mind at all, game doesn't need to be an exact copy, I just need it to be fun.

I'm glad so much effort seems to have been spend on the story and missions, that's the favourite part for me when playing games. JA2 quests were ok, but not even close to, for instance, Witcher 3 or Disco Elysium.

Personally I would have toned down the clothing a bit, so I kind of agree with this topic. Doesn't bother me too much though, might even start to like it after playing it for a while, once I get to know the characters themselves.

I like to play as if the created Merc is myself, so one is obviously enough. Like others said, it is great to listen to the interactions of the other mercs, so I would prefer to use them instead of generic mercs.

CTH shown would not be a deal-breaker to me, but I would definitely prefer to be able to turn it off. I really hope the developers stick with their decision and don't put it back in.

This was always a huge part of JA2 Vanilla -> Do you move closer, maybe to the next wall/sandbag or do you take the shot?
If you decide to move -> how will you cover your merc? Will he run into an interrupt?
If you implement CTH to take all those considerations away because you will solely decide upon your CTH.

cth toggle -> better decision!I couldn't agree more, it felt right in JA2, I'm sure it will feel right in JA3. At the end of the day these developers are professionals, I trust the decision.

Personally I prefer not to see CTH, though obviously I do understand how some people can be disappointed that it is missing. Making it optional would have been the best of both worlds, but then again, no idea how hard that is to implement, how much complexity it would add to the codebase and so on.

The graphics look very beautiful to me. I'm still not sure how well it will play on a Steam deck though, really want to play it on that device.🙂

I think the game looks great, beautiful looking game world, especially during night time. The traits and perks seem like an interesting addition. Anyways, looking forward to play it, hope it will run well on the steam deck.😀
