The problem with this AI interpretation (same as with the recent craze of animating old photographs with AI) is that the personalities get lost. The faces look similar but give a different vibe due to slight differences in expressions etc.
Re JA3 faces, as seen in the trailer, don't look outrageous - like in Back in Action, but still too generic for my taste.
