Hi,
After successfully completing the quest "Outbreak" according to the scenario for 10 days, after a while the quest lights up red and it is written that it has failed.
I have completed the Outbreak questline, delivered the samples and Dr. Kronenberg successfully created the cure before dying to a hailstorm of bullets. The quest was marked completed in my Notes:
"Outcome: Dr. Kronenberg discovered a cure for the Red Rabies virus, but it didn't help her."
I thought that was the end of it. Then much later I was doing stuff far away on the other side of the map when the notification popped up that Outbreak quest failed because I "did not deliver the samples in time". I have both entries in my Notes and the quest is now red.
What is going on here? Is this a bug? Did I miss something?
Also, is there a way to un-fail this quest somehow, like a console command or something? I completed it fair and square, I don't want this reflected in my ending
