Steroid Gontarski

Hi all, Quick question: Where can people get the game patches and content updates? Seems really smart, they're mentioned everywhere on the site, but not a single download link whatsoever. I got Jagged Alliance through GOG (which I like much, much, muuuuuccchh better than Steam). But the latest version I can get there is 1.3. I'd like the content update 1.4 and the modding patch 1.5.
