There is a way to fix apparently. It's called modding tools.

So I attacked Camp Savane and made the mistake of talking to Larry before killing the enemies. I went through the dialogue tree, gave him the serum. Used all available dialogue options, said goodbye. And he run away... I had a 6 man squad at that point. I killed off the enemies, checked the notes. Under "Finding Larry", it says Larry went home. So... I did miss out on him for this run? Is there a way to fix this?
