I try all internet tips and none. I can't start this game. I see only starting screen tith coursor shaped radar. What I can do?

You have to give us more information - what is the game version you have installed (Steam, GoG or dare I ask, downloaded from somewhere else).

 

What are your system specs and do you get an error message from your Windows.

 

Have you installed on a PC, Steamdeck or some other device.

And any other information you can give us.

Steam, PC. But I returned this crap. Maybe I will buy it in future one more time. Now I no want to lose my nerves.

If you have fast enough internet, you can play it on Geforce Now.

I use the free tier. Compared to paid tier the video quality is not perfect, and it allows only for one hour sessions, but you can always start a new one. Or use the paid tier, still much cheaper than a new computer or video card. The best part is, I don't have to worry about my computer being good enough. And I can play it from inside the Chrome web browser. So no installation at all, and it works on different devices with all my savegames always available everywhere. I'm really happy with it.
