The beast suit ? (small spoiler)

Hello. 

After completing the Beast quest (repaired all the effigies, provided militia to Ille Morat, lit the Scarecrow at night, got the confession from both the Beast and her former husband). They were talking about a stealth suit prototype that was hidden somewhere and that they would tell us where to dive to get it, even though nothing appears in the notes. I already checked the sunken Manor at Ille Morat and found some regular loot but not the suit itself. Did I miss something ?

As far as I can tell there is no suit, you just get a hint about something you might not check otherwise.

Yeah Nah, the Beast is already wearing the suit. I've already asked Vlad many times to craft something, and not once has he ever crafted the suit for my mercs.
