  1. ja2 vanilla ja2 1.13...1.13 is pretty standard at this point may as well consider it an improvement on vanilla
  2. you may wish that i do not i want this to be "a-team" season 2. Yes I want this to be arulco in another region and I hope that ja3 comes even close to how bright and colorful arulco was. long story short I disagree sorry champ.
  3. i think i saw somebody else bring it up, reloecc. i wouldnt say thats smart. chance to hit is already shown in ja3 its shown via the narrowness of the circle. also in ja2 they had the bar to show cth wdym bud
  4. if you mean stealth yeah and ifyou mean in general how battles are triggered also yeah. it appears that the devs are going for a more crpg type philosophy, which im not against necessarily but in a crpg you can usually position yourself around an enemy force pretty easily, and then trigger combat.
  5. oh and for some reason everybody thinks its a bad decision but here where there have already been numerous sock accusations. on steam theres 10 posts all saying not showing chance to hit is a bad idea, i come here, its the completely opposite situation, which is definitely enough to make one suspicios, especially with posts like Martins that sounda bit...shall we say fake?
  6. thank you for sharing your opinion! its wrong. the steam forums have unanimously agreed that not showing chance to hit was a drastic mistake and they have posts like "I dont think they are joking" even the press that I think is sometimes very stupid has agreed that not showing hit percent was a mistake. if the devs want to avoid "pixel hunting" which is fun and a good thing, they should implement mechanics like: having an extra cost to start running vs continuing running like in ja 2, they should avoid showing the full hit percent until you ADS and have a "look" type function which counts as a separate action and they should also spread the level out more so that moving tile by tile wouldnt make a difference they should also ask why each tile has such a different percent to hit that people are "pixel hunting" its not the job of the devs to tell us how to play their rpg correctly. this is like nanny type behaviour. "I dont like it that the userbaseis doing not what we intended and are having fun doing it". if theres such a huge difference in aim chance between tiles then maybe that should be investigated. in any case I think this decision will go down in history as possibly one of the greatest trainwrecks to happen that you could see happening a mile off. the fact that they extended development to do it I hope ends up being correct becauseif you made a very bad move AND have taken extra development time to do it thats like catastrophic. if this chance to hit situation ends up being bad this will be a titanic level disaster, and i mean the boat "titanic" not the adjective
  7. automag was a really cool idea. a high calibre big pistol. developers could add a 10mm pistol or even a 357 one. deagles are probably too powerful completely unrealistic

  13. livewire is saudi afaik but devs should think about adding mercs who arent just "russian" maybe a balkan merc maybe a merc from a country thats in east europe but not russia maybe a swedish merc with a heavy accent who wears a lot of hunting gear in his bio is big into hunting
  14. developers are from czech republic or bulgaria right. they should add a bulgarian merc. maybe hahahaha "overworked programmer" haha. red bloodshot tired eyes glasses skinny frame drinks coffee and cigarettes has jittery mannerisms. a bit like madlab but more neurotic and tired. can definitely be a character if not a merc.
  15. i have a good idea for a merc i knowja devs never did a yugoslavic or balkan merc why not create one and he does stereotypically balkan things maybe has niko bellic type haircut maybe says things in a balkan language like ivan dolvich does it would add a lot of character and balkan territory is a very rich ground for very specific characters. because balkans arent exactly east europe. maybe a polish merc too i know theres steroid but hes kind of americanized. i see a real really polish merc that has imperfect english constantly swears in polish. maybe a czech one as well. most mercs in ja were either from latin america from east europe or first or second generation immigrants in america. hardly any asian mercs by the way. not saying that as a slight to developers or anything. what are you guys talking about by the way?

  21. Hey guys I saw the stream and honestly I dont think chance to hit percentage should've been excluded its kind of a mandatory requirement for RPGs now No idea if youll see this or not But I really wouldve preferred for you guys to show it
