What's a bit deflating is the lack of commentary from the developers in here.
Maybe because other games are waiting for their premieres in the publishing plans and therefore the activity of developers on the forums is limited. I think you have to be patient and wait this period.
They will just release the games they have to and slowly start visiting our forum. At least I think so.

In my opinion more information about the game will be in November. Because in October I would't count anything more.

In the nooks and crannies of the internet I found another news item, but nothing new was written in it.

Is it the only thing here that smells like the Citadel from Mass Effect? 🤔

I am very curious what they wrote on this GameStar. Maybe they wrote something else that we don't know.

has posted some details about his analysis of the trailer somewhere around these forums..
I know, I know, I read his analysis with great interest, but I also wanted to describe my feelings. Maybe not in that detail as @Kordanor, but still... 😁

I don't know about the others, but I can watch this trailer for hours. Until the first minute (1:00). I am looking forward to the official trailer. It would be nice if the next one was released as Cinematic Trailer. I am very curious what it will look like. 🙂

When does this number even come out?

The choice of developer is a good sign, I agree that their portfolio gives me hope that we'll at the very least get something that is thought-out and not full of bugs. Good news after 20 years of mediocre attempts.
Current developers are a completely different league than previous publishers. They simply beat them up with their games, experience and human resources. So JA 3 seems to be something solid.

Is there an ETA on the answers?
Unfortunately, they also don't know when answers may come. It will probably be soon.
We have to be patient 🙂

To answer your question, there's absolutely no indication that you direcly buy skills with money. However, indirectly any new skill will increase the weekly costs, so skills do cost money.
However, in JA 3 they can approach it in a different way and try to equate the price with several mercenary parameters, not only with increasing experience but e.g. with shooting, mechanics, medicine, etc.
And if they introduce this skill-leveling method, it will have a real impact on the mercenary's weekly salary.

Thanks. As I thought, it is about leveling a mercenary, as was the case with JA 2. The higher the level of experience, the higher the price for their services each time.

But if the announcement trailer is to be trusted, we can expect something similar to XCOM2 - also a game with destructible environment. Would mean that you can use explosives freely, but not aim your weapons directly at normal objects (though missed shots would still damage them).
The truth is, however, that in a destructible environment it was always the same as it was meant to be, and all that was implemented was the possibility of destroying the door.
Creating an integral, destructible environment in a game takes a lot of work, money and resources. Of course, it would be nice to see Jagged Alliance 3 demolish the house to its foundations, but so far I'm skeptical about that announcement.

Will you be able to buy skills with money? Is there any broader description of this feature?

The new topic!
It's very hard for me to imagine Jagged Alliance 3 without modding tools. After all, modding tools are nowadays almost indispensable and obligatory, so I hope they will also be released on the occasion of Jagged Alliance 3. The creators and the company should definitely pay special attention to mod v1.13 which added many elements to the game base.
In my opinion, it would be quite reasonable to release such tools even after the game's premiere.

Destructable environment is in, you can "shoot holes in walls and use explosives to surprise your enemies"
Damn! I ran out of time to edit my post and I wanted to add something else. 😒
Does that mean that if I shoot a wall, a door, a stone, or a tree without being in the room, I won't destroy any of these obstacles?

There are at least 40 mercs available
40 mercs? Somewhere I read that there will be 60 mercenaries. Apparently, other editorial offices give a different number. Some say 40, others say 60. We will see how much will be available in reality. Of course, I would like this number of mercenaries to be as high as possible. 🙂

Maybe @Kordanor has wider access to articles on GameStar.

They interviewed Producer Brad Logston and learned that even hardcore fans should feel relieved.
And was this interview with Brad Logston long or short? Did he say something new about it that we do not know and we still know?

Favourite? It will be difficult to choose the most favorite one, but I think Raven is relatively cheap and this is probably the best shooter (it's not about points, but about reality). Raven is great with any type of weapon, she is not too conflicting.
Raven is always on my team.

As for me, this is optimistic news.

I don't know German very well but in the newest issue of GameStar, an article about Jagged Alliance 3 is to appear.
I think they are very enthusiastic and full of hope 🙂 Probably after Gamestar there will also come time for other services.

I also think it might be an FAQ, but we'll see.

"as soon as possible" might also mean impossible for the foreseeable future.
But for now we have the upcoming FAQ, so I wouldn't be too pessimistic. Too early for that. 🙂
It is glad that at least those who wrote to them reply to my messages 🙂

It should be noted that at least 3 - 4 months before the premiere of, for example, the KoH game, THQ Nordic entered the full marketing hype, as in the case of Biomutant. It also has to be taken into account.
