They didn't give a release date during THQ event so assume 2023 or even Q1 2024.

Unfortunately, Jagged Alliance 3 will not be coming to Gamescom 2022 this year. Maybe next year 🙂

I really don't mind waiting two more years for the game, even if that means we'll get a real Jagged Alliance 2 sequel. Two years isn't as much as it seems. 🙂

It is worth noting that during the presentation of the weapons, there is no trace of information about the used AMMUNITION. Nothing at all. At the same time, it raises legitimate concerns that this aspect may be simplified to the maximum and the ammunition may not be at all - just a bit like in XCOM.

I have a lot of concerns about the game itself, but in general, after reading the article in its entirety, I am rather positive and agree with it completely. Some things could have been done better. Just waiting for a game doesn't bother me, on the contrary, announcing games many years in advance in my opinion is much more irritating. Some developers and publishers are still very amateurish, and the enormously enlarged market and its clients also earn a lot of money in this area. There is definitely something to hope that this time it won't end up like the last few tries or a similar series like HOMM. Hopefully it won't be like XCOM compared to the original. I like micromanagement and the ability to choose where to attack whom and how 🙂 I am an optimist and I hope it will be a good version of Jagged Alliance. A new deal and hopes for Jagged Alliance 4 🙂

The SteamDB website says Jagged Alliance 3 will be released on 30 december 2022 and you can see a developer change since the previous June 15, 2022 in the changelog, so it may have been delayed and maybe that's why some news is late. https://steamdb.info/app/1084160/info/ But at the moment it isn't known how reliable this information is, so I recommend a little bit of optimism.
