I would like nothing more then for you to play the game on release and be happy enough with everything else to not worry as much about the portraits and dialogue (and 100 other things probably) 😉 @sandman25dcsss I do feel you with the difficulty to estimate outcomes in some cases, for me always big Q is how much is it worth to put extra points into shot to get better %. On the end of the day its just different game.. But worry not, now we can have it both ways 🙂

  4. Welcome to age of spoiled people 😉 In the past you had to edit raw files, no problem, now you have editor, huge issues.

  6. @chr_isso I guess they are in pickle, need some foot on the ground marketing these days. No better way IMHO then get bunch of streamers showing off the game and hopefully liking it and suggesting to viewers.. Folks will just have to avoid it (if they want the discovery) and surely there will be still plenty first to discover 😉
  7. From what I understand you can reuse existing models/characters and their parts from available asset library then change profile photo. If you want your own model then Blender is your friend. You can do voice over

  12. From what I was told today Cohh will be streaming JA3 day early (not huge fan of the early access thing but its net positive). Cool stuff and great to see that THQ put more effort into promoting the release of the game. Will be interesting to see who else will be streaming the game ..

  14. Uh 8PM here, I will be day behind 😛 If I learn anything over the years is to not to start (even semi complex) game after 8 PM otherwise forget the sleeping 😄
  15. Great, another nod to the history! Similar concept sure, but let me elaborate: * you get bigger starting cash and you can hire extra mercs during breaks but it should be almost prohibitive or big tradeoff between hiring new guys vs investing into equipment * you only run one squad all the time without training/patient rest over between missions, with only limited quick health * no salaries * permanent wounds / limited wound heals * highly accelerated merc progression (perhaps lvl per mission) * no turn limits as in DG, no ability to fail mission either, you either succeed or die * equipment maintenance (quick repair / adjustments / crafting) between missions only * proper shop (buy / sale / repair / trading scrap) * you could build on concept and have meta progression unlocking mercs / equipment etc Having similar concept implemented in base game would also lower requirement for creating custom campaign.   16. How about game after game? Series of challenges after closing credits? Your final merc team against super tough challenges. Just stand alone maps and maybe hospital in between. Similar concept introduced by this King Arthur TBS https://store.steampowered.com/app/1157390/King_Arthur_Knights_Tale/ Another idea could be roguelike concept. You have bunch of missions quickly ramping up difficulty, merc leveling and cool loot after each mission. You have a lot of scrap, hospital and vendor between missions. No save scumming available. Perhaps once modding tool gets into full maturity that wont be that complex 😐 could give it a stab.
  17. That's all nice and good until this beautiful girl get pissed off for late dinner and bite off your face .. Just saying that hyenas will be horrible drivers .. on plus side it could make them vicious killin machines, untapped potential I guess ..
  18. PVP mode would be probably more cool IMHO and it allows you to build upon it more then COOP. Heck you could even do some mini tournaments on it one day!

  23. @LoboNocturno that build was probably 3+ months old and animations is probably one of last things that you work on in game like this, so there is hope .. 😄 Map size is really unknown, I would expect that will change drastically once you get deeper into game.
  24. Thx for insight @Claudius33 this give me idea that heavy or even heavier weapons/armor could be gate kept behind certain level of STR/DEX attributes. I do not recall that being implemented tho.. I think that is somewhat implemented in PERK system but I did not felt as much pressure on prioritizing that attribute over other (from the PERK perspective).
